Live House Pangea is where Osaka’s underground comes alive—
raw, intimate, and right in your face. Located in the heart of Shinsaibashi, Osaka, Live House Pangea is one of the city’s most essential underground music venues.
Since opening in 2011, it has become a key hub for Japan’s indie and alternative music scene—hosting everything from emerging local bands to established touring artists.
With a standing capacity of around 200 people, the space is intentionally intimate. There’s no barrier between the stage and the audience, allowing you to experience live music up close—raw, loud, and personal. The venue mainly features rock and pop acts, but its programming spans a wide range of genres, making it a place where new sounds are constantly discovered. “Pangea” is named after the ancient supercontinent—reflecting the venue’s vision of bringing people and music together in one shared space. Just a few minutes’ walk from Shinsaibashi and Yotsubashi stations, it sits right in the middle of Osaka’s nightlife and creative culture.
心斎橋の中心に位置するLive House Pangeaは、大阪のインディー／オルタナティブシーンを象徴するライブハウスのひとつ。2011年のオープン以来、若手バンドから実力派アーティストまで幅広く出演し、“次に来る音”が生まれる現場として支持を集めている。キャパシティは約200人。
ステージとの距離が極端に近く、音も熱もダイレクトに伝わる空間は、大規模会場では味わえない没入感を生む。ジャンルはロックやポップスを軸にしながらも、日によって表情が変わるのも特徴。訪れるたびに新しい発見がある場所。“Pangea（パンゲア）”という名前の通り、人と音楽が交わり、混ざり合う“ひとつの大陸”のような空間。観光地では出会えない、大阪の“リアルな音楽体験”がここにある。

Drink System Information
- A 1 drink purchase (¥600) is required upon entry.
- This fee is not included in your ticket price.
- You will receive a drink ticket at the entrance.
- Please exchange your ticket for a drink at the bar counter.
Available drinks include:
Beer, highballs, cocktails, and soft drinks.
A signature feature of Pangea is its draft beer. They are committed to serving 100% malt draft beer (not happoshu) by the glass, and the venue is also well regarded as a live house where you can enjoy great-tasting beer. They sometimes even offer value options like a 1-liter mug.

You can order more drinks at the bar (around ¥500–¥700 each).

- The drink ticket is valid for that day only.
- The bar can get crowded before the show, so we recommend getting your drink early or during breaks.
