🚭 Smoking Policy: In strict adherence to the Health Promotion Act, the entire venue, including the performance hall and the lobby, is strictly non-smoking. There is no designated smoking area within the basement premises. Visitors who wish to smoke must exit the building and use public smoking areas street-side, though re-entry policies vary by event.
📸 Photography Manners: In the Japanese independent music scene, photography and video recording are generally prohibited during performances to respect the artists’ rights and the experience of other fans. Unless the artist explicitly grants permission from the stage, please keep your smartphone in your pocket or bag. Flash photography is never permitted under any circumstances.
🎒 Baggage and Cloak: The floor space at CONPASS is optimized for acoustics rather than storage. There are 20 small coin lockers (300 JPY) inside the lobby, which fill up quickly for popular shows.
